国际教育学院2021级妇产科学专业的硕士研究生FARHIA ABDULLAHI MOHAMUD，于2024年9月11日-9月20日请假回国处理私人事务，但请假期限届满后，该生未申请续假，也未按时返校。根据《宁夏医科大学来华留学研究生学籍管理实施细则》第三十八条第四款规定：“留学研究生未经批准连续两周未参加学校规定的教育教学活动的，学校予以退学处理”，来华留学生FARHIA ABDULLAHI MOHAMUD符合作退学处理的情形。经学院党政联席会议研究，同意提请学校校长办公会议对来华留学生FARHIA ABDULLAHI MOHAMUD作退学处理。

Notice of withdrawal

FARHIA ABDULLAHI MOHAMUD,a 2021undergraduate student majoring inObstetrics and Gynecologyfrom the School of International Education.The student requested to return her country to deal with personal matters from September 11 to September 20, 2024. However, after the leave period expired, the student neither applied for an extension nor returned to school on time.According to thefourthparagraph of Article38 of The Rules and Regulations on Academic Credits and Academic Status for International Undergraduate Students , "Those who fail to attend the educational and teaching activities mandated by the university for two consecutive weeks without prior approval,should withdraw from school ".FARHIA ABDULLAHI MOHAMUD,meets the situation ofwithdrawingfrom school.

Our departmentarrangedmeetingand agreed to submit to university president meeting towithdrawthisinternational studentfromuniversity.
